Resep Bandeng Presto Homemade (homemade Indonesian Pressure Cooked Milkfish)

Monic's Simply Kitchen berisi resep makanan dan minuman praktis

Yang akan Anda perlukan

1 kg ikan bandeng, bersihkan sisik, insang dan bagian perut

2 sendok teh garam

3 sendok makan air jeruk nipis

10 lembar daun salam

10 lembar daun jeruk

400 ml air

1 sendok makan asam jawa, larutkan dengan 30 ml air

2 butir telur, kocok 

minyak untuk menggoreng

10 butir bawang merah

6 siung bawang putih

5 butir kemiri sangrai

3 cm kunyit

2 cm jahe

2 sendok teh ketumbar, sangrai (atau gunakan ketumbar bubuk)

1 batang serai, ambil bagian putihnya

2 sendok teh garam

1 kg milkfish, removes scales, gills and clean fish thoroughly (cut each fish into 3 parts or two parts if using big fish, or use a whole fish if use small one)

2 teaspoons salt

3 tablespoons lime juice

10 bay leaves

10 lime leaves

400 ml water

1 tablespoon tamarind, dissolved  in 30 ml of water

2 eggs, beaten

vegetable oil for frying

10 shallots

6 cloves garlic

5 candlenuts, toasted

3 cm turmeric

2 cm ginger

2 teaspoons coriander seeds, toasted (or can use coriander powder)

1 stalk lemongrass, use the white part

2 teaspoons salt
