Yang akan Anda perlukan

4 butir telur ayam

100 gram tepung terigu

200 gram gula pasir

3 sdm minyak sayur

1 sdt air jeruk nipis

Bubuk coklat secukupnya

Mentega secukupnya

Pisahkan putih dan kuning dari 4 butir telur ayam, masing-masing letakkan di wadah terpisah yang benar-benar kering serta bersih

Mixer 4 butir kuning telur dengan kecepatan rendah, masukkan sebagian gula pasir lalu mixer hingga gula benar-benar larut, tambahkan 3 sdm minyak sayur dan 100 gram tepung terigu sedikit demi sedikit, sisihkan adonan kuning telur

Mixer 4 butir putih telur dengan kecepatan sedang hingga berbuih, tambahkan 1 sdt air jeruk nipis dan gula pasir yang tersisa

Mixer adonan putih telur dengan kecepatan tinggi hingga adonan putih telur mengembang dan benar-benar kaku ( ketika mixer diangkat, adonan akan membentuk jambul ), sementara itu panaskan oven dengan suhu 150 - 160 derajat celsius

Campur adonan putih telur ke adonan kuning telur sedikit demi sedikit atau seperempat bagian dulu sambil diaduk menggunakan spatula ( dimulai dari satu sisi wadah lalu ditarik ke bagian tengah adonan terus bergantian di sisi satunya lagi ke bagian tengah, aduk sampai bagian bawah adonan juga merata )  

Setelah adonan merata, ambil beberapa sendok makan adonan dan letakkan di mangkuk terpisah, beri bubuk cokelat secukupnya lalu ratakan

Masukkan adonan bolu ke dalam loyang yang sudah di olesi mentega, lalu tuang adonan yang sudah diberi bubuk cokelat ke atasnya secara acak dan tidak beraturan, buat pola melingkar-lingkar di atasnya menggunakan garpu atau lidi

Setelah siap, hentakkan loyang ke meja selama beberapa kali lalu oven selama 15-20 menit ( tergantung suhu oven )

Setelah matang, keluarkan dari oven dan dinginkan

4 chicken eggs

100 grams of wheat flour

200 grams of granulated sugar

3 tablespoons vegetable oil

1 tsp lemon juice

Cocoa powder to taste

Butter to taste

Separate the white and yolk of 4 chicken eggs, each placed in a separate bowl that is completely dry and clean

Mixer 4 egg yolks at low speed, enter the mixer partially granulated sugar until the sugar is completely dissolved, add 3 tablespoons of vegetable oil and 100 grams of flour little by little, set aside of the egg yolk batter

Mixer 4 egg white grains at medium speed until foamy, add 1 tsp of lemon juice and add remaining of granulated sugar

Mixer egg white dough at high speed until fluffy egg white batter and really stiff ( when the mixer is removed, the dough will form a crest ), while the preheat the oven with a temperature of 150-160 degrees Celsius

Mix the egg white mixture into the egg yolk mixture little by little or first quarter while stirring using a spatula ( starting from one side of the bowl and then drawn into the center of the dough continues to turn in the other side to the middle, stirring until the bottom of the dough is too uneven )

After the dough evenly, take a few tablespoons of dough and place it in a separate bowl, put the chocolate powder to taste and blend

Insert the cake batter into the baking pan that has been in the basting butter, then pour the batter who has given chocolate powder onto it at random and irregular, create swirling pattern on it using a fork or a stick

Once prepared, tapped to the table for several times and then the oven for 15-20 minutes ( depending on oven temperature )

Once cooked, remove from oven and let cool
