Yang akan Anda perlukan

250 gram kacang merah

100 gram gula pasir

50 gram gula merah

2 sdt kayumanis bubuk

1 sdm coklat bubuk dilarutkan dengan air

3 gelas santan kental

4 lembar daun pandan

1 sdm tepung maizena dilarutkan dengan air

1/2 sdt garam

2 Liter air

Susu kental manis secukupnya

Es batu secukupnya

Rendam 250 gram kacang merah selama 3 - 4 jam atau lebih lama lebih baik sehingga ketika di rebus kacang dapat cepat mengembang dan benar-benar empuk

Didihkan 2 liter air di dalam panci, tiriskan air rendaman kacang merah lalu rebus kacang merah hingga benar-benar empuk

Masukkan 100 gram gula pasir, 50 gram gula merah, 2 sdt kayumanis bubuk, 1 sdm coklat bubuk yang sudah dilarutkan dengan air

Aduk rata lalu biarkan bahan-bahan tersebut meresap dan airnya menyusut, angkat dan sisihkan

Masak 3 gelas santan kental dengan 4 lembar daun pandan, tambahkan 1/2 sdt garam dan larutan 1 sdm tepung maizena, setelah mengental angkat

Untuk penyajiannya : letakkan beberapa sendok kacang merah rebus, tuang dengan kuah santannya lalu beri susu kental manis dan es batu, dan siap di sajikan
