Resep Kue Apem Gula Merah ( Brown Sugar Cake )

Yang akan Anda perlukan

1 kg gandum ( tepung terigu )

7 gram ragi instan, saya pakai ragi biasa merk Vita ( pakai raginya terserah pilihan bunda ya )

150 gram gula merah

2 sdm gula pasir

1 sdt garam halus

air hangat secukupnya

Setengah bagian kelapa parut yang muda

1 sdt garam halus

Campurkan 7 gram ragi instan ke dalam 1 kg gandum, 2 sdm gula pasir dan 1 sdt garam halus lalu aduk hingga rata

Cairkan 150 gram gula merah dengan air hangat sampai gula merah larut, sisihkan

Masukkan gula merah yang sudah dicairkan ke adonan tepung, sedikit demi sedikit sambil di aduk rata. Kalau air gula merahnya sudah habis tambahkan air hangat kuku lagi ke dalam adonan sedikit demi sedikit sampai tekstur adonannya menjadi agak cair

Masukkan adonan ke dalam loyang yang sudah diolesi minyak goreng ( 1 kg gandum biasa jadinya bisa 2 loyang kue apem gula merah ), diamkan dan tutup dengan menggunakan lap bersih / serbet, hingga adonannya naik 

Sambil menunggu adonan apem nya naik, kukus bahan taburan nya sekitar 15 menit, sisihkan

Setelah adonannya naik, kukus hingga matang kira-kira 25 menit atau bunda bisa melakukan tes tusuk gigi biar yakin kue nya sudah matang

Angkat, dinginkan dan potong-potong. Hidangkan bersama kelapa parut yang sudah dikukus tadi

1 kg of wheat flour 

7 grams of instant yeast

2 tablespoons granulated sugar 

1 tsp fine salt 

Lukewarm water

Put the mixture into the baking pan that has been smeared with cooking oil, set aside and cover by using a clean cloth / kitchen towel, until the dough rises 

While waiting for the dough is rises, steamed his topping ingredients about 15 minutes, set aside 

After the dough rises 2 times more than before, steamed until cooked about 25 minutes or you can do the toothpick test because when the cake was already baked the dough will not stick on toothpick. 

Remove, let cool and cut into pieces. Serve alongside steamed grated coconut before
