4 buah wortel

3 batang daun bawang

150 gram kecambah

100 gram kubis

3 siung bawang putih

6 siung bawang merah

1 buah kemiri

1/2 sdt ketumbar

1 sdt merica

10 buah cabai rawit

Garam dan gula secukupnya

Minyak sayur secukupnya

Giling 1/2 sdt ketumbar, 3 siung bawang putih, 6 buah bawang merah, 1 sdt merica dengan 2 sdt garam kasar hingga benar-benar halus

Cuci bersih 4 buah wortel, 3 batang daun bawang, 100 gram kubis, lalu potong-potong sesuai selera

Cuci bersih 150 gram kecambah, tiriskan

Panaskan minyak sayur di dalam wajan, tumis bumbu yang sudah dihaluskan hingga harum

Masukkan potongan wortel dan daun bawang lalu aduk rata, tutup dan tunggu beberapa saat hingga wortel setengah lembut

Masukkan mie kuning lalu aduk rata, tutup dan tunggu beberapa saat

Buka kembali tutupnya lalu aduk lagi, masukkan 100 gram kubis lalu aduk rata

Tambahkan garam dan gula sesuai selera, aduk rata

Masukkan 150 gram kecambah, aduk rata

Setelah kecambah sedikit layu, angkat dan sajikan
