What you will need
150 grams of biscuits
80 grams of butter
500 grams of mascarpone
200 ml of whipped cream
90 grams of sugar
10 grams of gelatine's sheet
150 grams of sugar
200 ml of water

How to cook
Chop the biscuits finely.
Melt the butter.
Mix the biscuits with the butter and then put the mixture in a baking pan. Press it to give it shape.
Put the gelatine sheets in a bowl with water to let it soften for ten minutes.
Put the mascarpone and sugar in a bowl and mix them together. Then add the grated skin and the juice of two lemons
Whisk the whipped cream.
Mix the whipped cream and the mascarpone cream together.
In a small pot put a we spoon of cream and a spoon of water and put it on the fire to let it warm. Put the squeezed gelatine in the pot and mix till it is melted. At then end, mix it in the cream.
Out the cream inside the baking pan on top of the base of biscuits and let it solidify in the fridge for a night.
Cut two lemons in slices of 3-4 mm. And in a pot, mix the water with 150 grams of sugar and let it cook for ten minutes at average cooking.
Put the slice of lemon into the pan with the syrup and cook them for 20 minutes.
Put the slice of lemon on a baking paper to let them cool down and put the lemon syrup on the cake. Put the cake in the freezer for five minutes to let solidify the syrup.
Decorate the cake as you prefer with the slice of lemon.
