Easy to prepare at home. This can be served for breakfast or an evening snack.

What you will need

2 slice bread

1 egg

1 cup besan

1 small onion

2 green chilles

1 tomato

salt tasted

4tsp oil

How to cook

Chop

First finely chopped onion, chillies and tomato.

Take a bowl add besan with some water, beat egg and mixed.

Next add all vegetables, salt and mixed well.

Medium heat pan add oil.

Dip the bread slices into the mix and coat well.

Roasted the bread both sides.

Play

When its turn golden brown then ready to serve.
