Bhuna Chicken
Spicy chicken bhuna
What you will need
1 kg chicken (medium pieces)
100 gms curd whisked
6 cloves
10 black peppercorns
2 sticks cinnamon
1 piece mace
2 black cardammom
4 green cardammom
4 onions (medium chopped)
salt as per taste
1 1/2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp chilli powder (optional spice up as per your taste)
2 tsp corriander powder
6 tbsp oil
green corriander for garnish
How to cook

Dry roast green cardammom,black cardamm,cloves,mace,cinammon,black peppercorn and grind to powder

Add oil in kadai then add chopped onions and saute till brown

Add ginger garlic paste saute until the raw smell disappears add chicken and saute for a minute

Add dry spices turmeric powder,chilli powder and corriander powder and mix it well cover for 5 minutes on low flame

Now add dry roasted powder along with required salt and beaten curd mix it well and cover it for 15 mins mixing the chicken every few minutes check between intervals

Check chicken if cooked garnish with chopped green corriander serve with roti,rice,chapati or paratha
