Buttered Cauliflower

This cauliflower is not crunchy but tastes great, especially on a winter evening😋.

What you will need

1 whole cauliflower

3 tbsp butter (salted or unsalted)

1 pod garlic finely chopped or grated

1 tbsp oregano (dried)

1 tbsp basil(dried)

1 tbsp parsley (dried)

chilli flakes or powder to taste

salt to taste

2 tsp lemon juice (optional)

How to cook

Cut out the flower's stem in the center. Microwave butter and garlic together for about 25 seconds.

Grind all the dry seasonings into fine powder. Mix the powder with salt & garlic-butter. Mix well.

Pour this mixture on the cauliflower coating all over. Let it sit for 30 minutes. {No short cuts!}

Preheat oven to 200°C. Cover & cook the cauliflower at 200°C for 40 minutes.

Once done, dig in with a fork & knife🍴

TIPS : Instead of using seasonings separately, you can use ready to use garlic bread seasoning or those tiny packs that you get along with pizza. Each oven is different. So to be safe, check for the doneness after 25 minutes.
