Kabuli chana (chickpea)salad
Kabuli chana, it's a great source of vitamin, minerals and fibre. Kabuli chana salad easy to make and good for health.
What you will need
50gm kabuli chana(chickpea)
1 small or midium size onion
1 tomato
1 potato
1 cucumber
1 small or midium size carrot
2 green chillies
lemon
salt tasted
coriandar leaves

At first kabuli chana( chickpea) soak in water overnight.

Boiled with salt in pressure cooker

boiled Potato and cut down it small pieces.

Chopped onion, cucumber, tomato, green chillies, and grated carrot

All ingredients are mixed in a bowl , next add salt , lemon juice and toss well.

Serve in a plate and garnishing with coriander leaves.
