Chocolate Cup Cake
What you will need
all purpose flour 1 and 1/2 cup
powder sugar 1 cup
butter 1/2 cup
baking soda 1/2 tsp
baking powder 1 tsp
milk 3/4 ( 1/2 + 1/4 ) cup
vanilla essence 1 + 1/2 tsp
lemon juice 1/2 tsp
chocalate powder 2 tsp
chocochip and chopped walnut as you required(Nutritional facts 356 calories, 13.7 g fat, 53.3 g carbohydrates, 5.9 g protein, 245 mg cholesterol, 365 mg sodium)
How to cook
Gris cup cake tin with butter and maida or butter paper set aside.
Sieve flour + baking powder +baking soda + salt together.
Sieve powder sugar and take out 4 tsp and mix rest of powder sugar and butter till its get light and fluffy.
Add one egg at time and whisk it well.
Add vanilla essence and whisk it well.
Add dry ingredients except chocolate powder and 4 tsp to the mixture in batches and fold in one direction.
Add milk to the batter in batches and fold in same direction.
Sieve 4 tsp powder sugar and chocolate powder together and add to the batter add lemon juice in the batter and mix it well.
3/4 th of tin fill with the batter and bake at preheated oven 180°c for 20 - 25 mins oven should be preheated at 180°c for 10 mins.
Insert tooth peek into the cup cake if it came out clean the cup cake is ready.
