Crispy evening snack and also a tasty starter recipe. Easily you can serve with plain rice .

What you will need

1 -2cup red lentil[ musoor dall ]

4 chillies

2 medium onion

1 inch ginger

salt tasted

1 tsp turmeric powder

oil as required

How to cook

Red lentil soak in water. Next paste it in mixer or blender

Finely chopped onion, chillies and ginger

In a bowl all ingredients are mixed with add some little water

 drop in kadai  and fry until turn brown colour.

Heat kadai or pan with oil. Take small portion mixture with help hand and drop in kadai and fry until turn brown colour.

Serve hot
