Curd Paneer
Spicy paneer
This is a lovelyl main course dish for dinner. Serve with plain rice or roti , chapati. It's also a healthy dish for family.
What you will need
1 cup paneer cube
2-3 medium onion pest
1 inch ginger pest
1/2 garlic pest
1 /2 tsp tumeric powder
1 tsp corriander powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1/2tsp cumin seed
3 potato chopped in cube
1 cinnamon
1 cardamon
2clove
salt tasted
1 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 cup curd
1/2 tsp garam masala powder
2 spoon oil

Heat kadai with oil with cumin seeds and fry the paneer and potato cubes , keep aside.

Next the same kadai add cinnamon, clove, cardamom and when it raw smelling

Add onion,ginger, garlic pest and cook

Next add turmeric powder, cumin, coriander powder and stir

Add curd and stir

Next add fried potatoes and salt and cook

After few minutes add paneer and add some water if you want you can add milk replace of water

Next cover medium heat

Later open cover and add garam masala and stir

Now ready to serve
