Aval Cutlet


Poha Cutlets (Flattened rice cutlet) are easy to make and very delicious. What you will need

   Poha/aval - 1 cup

   Potatoes - 1/2 cup boiled and grated

   Carrot - 1 medium size

   Green chilli - 1 finely chopped

   Ginger garlic paste - 1/2 tsp

   Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp finely chopped

   Thick Curd/plain yogurt - 1 tbsp

   Salt needed

   Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp

   Chilli powder - 1/4 tsp

   Garam Masala Powder - 1/4 tsp

   Oil for shallow frying
