Blueberry Bran Muffins Recipe

 

Low fat, healthy, whole wheat bran blueberry muffins- perfect for breakfast.

What you will need

   Wheat Bran - 3/4 cup

   Milk - 1/2 cup room temperature

   Unsweetened apple sauce - 1/4 cup

   Egg - 1 small

   Brown sugar or powdered jaggery - 1/3 cup + 2 tbsp

   Vanilla extract - 1/2 tsp

   Whole Wheat flour - 1/2 cup

   Baking soda - 1/2 tsp

   Baking powder - 1/2 tsp

   Salt - 1/4 tsp

   Blueberries - 1/2 cup
