Chicken Cutlets

 

Healthy chicken cutlets, incredibly tasty and very easy to prepare.

What you will need

500 gm chicken mince

1 tsp each salt & pepper

1/2 tsp. turmeric

1 tbsp. ground cumin

1 green chilli, chopped fine

1 lemon

chopped coriander & mint

1 tsp. ginger paste

1 tsp. garlic paste

1/2 tsp. garam masala

2 tbsp. butter

1 1/2 eggs (half an egg for the mixture and 1 egg for the outer coating)

3 medium onions, grated

3 slices bread (soaked, then drained and crushed)

1 tbsp. gram flour

pinch of bicarbonate of soda
