Chicken Kofta | non Veg Recipes

 

Chicken minced mixed with pinenuts, masalas, lemon rind, shaped into koftas and shallow fired and served with a flavourful sauce.

What you will need

750 grams Chicken mince (keema)

1 Egg

1 teaspoon Garam masala powder

1 1/4 teaspoon Red chilli powder

2 tablespoons Butter

Salt ( to taste)

2 tablespoons Oil

1 1/2 tablespoons Ginger (finely chopped)

2 tablespoon Garlic (finely chopped)

Green chillies (finely chopped)

2 medium Onions

1 1/2 cups Fresh mint leaves (roughly chopped)

1 cup Fresh coriander leaves (roughly chopped)

1/2 teaspoon Turmeric powder

2 Bay leaves

3 tablespoons Cashewnut paste

1 tablespoon Coriander powder

1/2 cup Fresh cream

¼ Juice of lemon

Fresh red chillies slit into four without cutting through2
