Egg White Vegetable Masala Omelette

 

Egg White Vegetable Masala Omelette is a delicious basic omelette minus the fat & cholesterol with all the goodness of veggies you embellish the dish with.

What you will need

3 egg whites, and a tiny bit of yolk (may be one or ½ of the yolk, but it is optional)

1 Tablespoon Chickpea flour

1 medium sized Onion, finely chopped

1 to 2 green chillies, finely chopped

2 Tablespoons Coriander, finely chopped

½ teaspoon Red chilli powder

½ teaspoon Ginger garlic paste

¼ teaspoon Garam masala powder

Sprinkle of salt (to taste)

1 to 2 teaspoons olive oil to make omelette (or use any oil as per your choice)
