What you will need

4 no Eggplants (Brinjal) Small Ones

1 tbsp Coriander Powder

0.50 tbsp Red Chili Powder (to taste)

1 tsp Salt (to taste)

0.50 tsp Turmeric Powder

1 tbsp Rice Flour

1 tsp Ginger Garlic Paste

1 tsp Garam Masala

2 tbsp Oil

1 tsp Lemon Juice

3 - 4 tbsp Water (for marinade)
