Goli Bajji (mangalore Bonda)

 

Goli bajji (Mangalore Bonda) is a popular South Indian snack. It tastes crispy on the outer and soft inside, easy and simple to make at home.

What you will need

1 cup All Purpose Flour

2 tbsp Rice Flour

0.50 cup Sour Yogurt (Curd)

1 pinch Baking Soda

0.50 cup Water (for making batter)

0.50 tsp Grated Ginger

1 tbsp finely chopped coconut pieces (optional)

0.50 tsp Salt

2 tbsp Coriander Leaves Chopped

0.50 tsp Cumin Seeds

1 no Green Chili

1 cup Oil (for frying goli bajji)

2 tbsp Onion finely chopped
