What you will need

Potatoes boiled and peeled

Split Skinless Black Gram 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon

Coriander seeds

Fennel seeds

Black peppercorns

Dried round red chillies

Oil

Onion sliced

Salt

Turmeric powder

For Tempering

Mustard seeds
