Hyderabadi Gravy Mutton Curry,lamb


Hyderabadi Mutton Curry is a simple hyderabadi recipe yet very tasty cooked well in onions and tomatoes. It is usually eaten with rotis or any form of rice

What you will need

½ kg mutton/lamb washed and cut into pieces

2 tbsp oil

3-4 onions, finely chopped

3-4 tomatoes, finely chopped

3-4 tsp coriander leaves

½ tsp coriander powder

salt to taste

1 tsp red chilli powder

¼ tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp ginger garlic paste

½ tsp black pepper powder

1 tsp garam masala powder(cinnamon, cardamom, shahi zeera(caraway),cloves)

1 tsp lemon juice
