Keema Samosa

 

Step up your snacking game with these keema samosas.

What you will need

2 cups Refined Flour

2 tbsp margarine

Oil to deep fry

salt to taste

250 gram minced mutton

2 tbsp Oil

2 medium onions, finely chopped

1 inch ginger piece, finely chopped

4-5 garlic cloves, finely chopped

2 green chilies, finely chopped

1 tsp red chili powder

1/2 tsp Garam masala powder

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

3-4 spring onions, finely chopped

salt to taste
