Mutton Kola Urundai / Mutton Kofta

 

Mutton Kola Urundai / Mutton Kofta Recipe is an awesome starter recipe which is very famous in South Indian , this recipe is made with minced goat meat and seasoned with special masala which makes the dish unique and aromatic. We can add this fried kofta balls to a simple curry and transform it into delicious kola urundai kulambu which goes excellent with rice.

Quantity Ingredients for Mutton Kofta Recipe

1/4 kg Minced goat meat (Mutton) (250 gram)

For Masala

1 tsp Fennel Seeds

1/2 inch Cinnamon

2 Cloves

1 Cardamom

1 inch Ginger

2  Garlic cloves

2  Green Chilies

For Mutton Kofta

1 tbsp Oil

1/4 tsp Turmeric powder

1 tsp Chili powder

1  Onion (finely chopped)

2 tbsp Roasted channa dal flour( pottu kadalai maavu)

Salt to taste 

Coriander leaves 

Oil for frying
