Pan Fried Vinegar King Fish with Eggplant Roast
My favorite fish: king fish, one of my favorite veggies: eggplant; having both together was purely a delicacy... It's already been a week since the New Year's, before we know this year is going to end. Time is not going to pause for us, either we can go with the time or procrastinate, the choice is ours. I'd a lovely weekend, on Saturday we went to the biggest Motorcycle show in North America. Ever since I was a kid I had a huge crush for motorcycles, I never used to let go the opportunity to ride with my cousins who had motorcycles. Now, my hubby has a motorcycle and he's crazy about riding it too. Riding a motorcycle is so much fun than any other vehicle. As summer faded, our motorcycle has been sitting quietly in the garage. After going to the motorcycle show, I now have a better idea about the different kinds of motorcycle and how it looks and feels like as I did sit on most of them. What you will need
King fish- 3 steaks
Oil- 3 to 4 tbsp, for pan frying fish
Curry leaves- 1 sprig
Kashmiri red chili powder- 2½ tsp (using more if you want it to be spicy)
Turmeric powder- ¼ tsp
Garam masala- ½ tsp
Ground cumin- 1 tsp
Salt- to taste
White Vinegar- 3 tbsp, enough to make a smooth paste
Ginger,, chopped thin- 1 inch
Garlic, chopped thin- 3 cloves
Onion, cut thin long- 2, medium
Tomatoes, chopped-2
Eggplant, cut round- 1, american eggplant
Salt- if needed
White vinegar- 2 tbsp
