Scrambled Egg-whites

 

A healthy alternative for breakfast or a quick light dinner. You can make this as an omelette or scramble it, whichever you prefer. I like to add spinach, onion and tomatoes in mine to give it more flavour and make it more nutritious.

What you will need

2-3 egg whites

pinch of salt

some black pepper

1 tsp olive oil

handful of fresh baby spinach, chopped

1-2 chopped green chillies

a few plum tomatoes or 1 regular tomato chopped

1 small onion, diced

1 clove of garlic, finely chopped
