Tuna Olives Cutlet

 

Pickled olives and tuna gets along well... Most of the times, it's the ingredients in my refrigerator or pantry that decides what I should make. The other day I had canned tuna in my pantry and pickled olives in my refrigerator and I was forced to make something out of it. How about tuna-olives cutlet? Didn't sound that weird to me, at least I don't have to add any extra salt to it. This tuna olive cutlet tasted good, the pickled olives gave that extra kick. Tuna-Olives Cutlets Ingredients Tuna, canned- 2 cans Onions, chopped small- 1, small Pickled olives, chopped- 1/4 cup, rinse under water and dry it Spinach, chopped small- 1 cup Corn starch- 1/4 cup All purpose flour- 1/4 cup Ground pepper- 1/2 tsp Italian seasoning or other seasonings- 2 tsp Other ingredients Olive oil- to pan fry cutlets Instruction Combine all the above mentioned ingredients in a large bowl. If the mixture is too dry add little water so that you can make balls out of it. If using pickled olives don't add any

What you will need

Tuna, canned- 2 cans

Onions, chopped small- 1, small

Pickled olives, chopped- ¼ cup, rinse under water and dry it

Spinach, chopped small- 1 cup

Corn starch- ¼ cup

All purpose flour- ¼ cup

Ground pepper- ½ tsp

Italian seasoning or other seasonings- 2 tsp

Olive oil- to pan fry cutlets
