What you will need

Potatoes - 3 Nos, small sized

Chopped mixed vegetable - 1 cup(I used carrot, beans and beetroot)

Finely chopped Onion - ½ cup

Finely chopped Green chilly - 1 Teaspoon

Finely chopped Ginger - ½ Teaspoon

Finely chopped Garlic - 1 Teaspoon

Kashmiri Chilli powder - 1 Teaspoon

Coriander Powder - 1 Teaspoon

Turmeric powder - ¼ Teaspoon

Black Pepper Powder - ½ Teaspoon

Garam Masala - ½ Teaspoon

Lemon Juice - 1 Teaspoon

Cumin seeds - ½ Teaspoon

Chopped coriander leaves - ½ Teaspoon

Oil as required

Salt as required

Breadcrumbs as required

All purpose flour ~ Maida - 2-3 Tablespoon

Water as required
