This is a crispy namkeen always popular in tea time. During festival season you can easily serve for guests

What you will need

2cup plain flour

1 tsp nigella [ black cumin seed]

1/2 tsp ajwain

salt tasted

oil

At first all ingredients are mixed in a bowl, add some oil

Add water and make a dough and cover for 20min

Next make some ball in small size

 use sprinkle of plain flour

Take a ball and roll in a flat surface rub oil upper portion of roll next use sprinkle of plain flour

fold and again rub oil

Next Fold like triangle shape , all ball are done same way

Heat kadai with oil, deep fry the triangle untill golden brown in medium flame
