What you will need
200gm noodles
1 medium onion
1 carrot
2-3 green chillies
cut half capsicum
1 medium potato
1 cucumber
2 egg
2tsp cumin powder
1tsp coriander powder
salt tasted
4 tsp white oil

Boiled noodles and drained water. keep it aside.

Sliced onion, and chopped all vegetables ( carrot, capsicum, Potato, chillies,)

Heat pan with oil , add onion , Potato and fry next add other vegetables and fry when it become soft then beat egg and fry.

Next added cumin powder , coriander powder, salt tasted and cook well

After 2 min add boiled noodles and mixed well and cook

Before served garnishing with cucumber.
