This is a comfort food when you come back from work. Little bite give a relax your whole evening. All time popular snack and easily serve for your guests. you can serve this one as starter with plain rice also.
What you will need
2 potatoes
2 cup gram flour [ besan]
1tsp cumin powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
1tsp red chili powder
1/2 tsp ginger paste
salt tasted
oil as required

At first potatoes are peeled and cut in sliced.

Take a big bowl and add besan with all ingredients ,add water made a smooth batter

Heat pan or kadai with oil

Dip into potatoes slices in prepared batter and drop in the oil for deep fry

when its become golden colour then ready to serve.
