Potato soyabean curry is a delicious meal. It can be serve easily as a side dish of polao, chapati, puri, plain rice etc.
What you will need
1 cup soyabean
1/2 cup sour curd
1 onion diced
2 potato chopped
2tsp ginger pest
2tsp garlic pest
1 tomato chopped
1tsp turmeric powder
2tsp cumin powder
2tsp corriander powder
1 cinnamon
2clove
half tsp cumin seed
oil
salt tasted
3-4 chilli chopped

Soya bean soak in warm water or boiled and drained water, then keep it aside.

Heat pan with oil, next add cinnamon, cloves and cumin seed

1min later add onion and potatoes ,then fry when it become soft next added tomato, chillies

Next add Ginger pest, garlic pest, turmeric powder, cumin powder, coriander powder , salt and cook

Few minutes later add soyabean next add sour curd mixed well and cook

Pour some water and cook next cover it

When it become thick gravy then open cover and ready to serve.
