What you will need

1 cup mint leaves

1 tbsp channa dal

1 tsp urad dal

Dried red chilli 3 or to taste

Tamarind - half an inch piece

Salt to taste

Wash mint leaves, drain and dry completely. (Tip - after draining water, spread the leaves in a cloth/kitchen towel. Cover with another cloth/kitchen towel. Use a hair dryer to dry the leaves.)
