What you will need

3– 4 pounds eye of round roasts

1/3 cup vegetable oil other neutral oils work as well

1 large white onion diced

6 cloves garlic minced

1 green bell pepper stemmed, seeded and diced

4 large tomatoes seeded, diced

1/4 cup worcestershire sauce

2 bay leaves dried

1 sprig oregano fresh

1 cup carrots diced

4 tablespoons salt

2 tablespoons sugar

6 hamburger buns toasted

4 tablespoons butter
