What you will need

1 – 2 frozen bananas depending on size (freeze when very ripe)

1/2 cup frozen blueberries

Unsweetened vanilla almond milk, enough to blend

Splash sweetener, if desired

Hemp hearts

Chia Seeds

Unsweetened coconut flakes
