Bean and Veggie Sliders Topped with Mango, Chili and Garlic Dressing

 

Amazing bean and veggie slider patties in whole wheat buns garnished with salad greens, chili and our home made lemon garlic sauce.

What you will need

1⁄2 tsp black pepper (ground)

1⁄3 cup broccoli (shredded)

1⁄2 cup carrot (grated)

2 cups cooked kidney beans

4 large eggless whole wheat buns

1 tbsp extra virgin coconut oil

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1⁄2 large onion (thinly chopped)

1⁄3 cup rice

1⁄2 tsp sea salt

2 tablespoons vegetable broth

2⁄3 cup water

1 chili (minced)

1 mango (sliced)

1 cup salad greens

1 cup tomatoes (sliced)

2 cloves garlic (minced)

1⁄4 cup hummus

1 tbsp lemon juice

3 tsps soy milk

1 tbsp tahini
