What you will need
2 lbs beef sirloin divided into 4 portions
salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
1 medium white onion chopped
2 cloves garlic finely chopped
4-5 medium tomatoes chopped
1 teaspoon thyme
1 teaspoon dry oregano
