Caesar Pasta Salad

Ceasar Pasta Salad with grilled chicken, lettuce, penne, cherry tomatoes, and parmesan cheese tossed with caesar dressing. It's easy to make, light and fresh!

What you will need

6 ounces whole wheat penne pasta, cooked according to package directions and cooled completely

2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, grilled and cut into bite sized pieces (you can also use rotisserie chicken or my recipe for easy slow cooker shredded chicken)

3-4 cups romaine lettuce, chopped

2 cups grape or cherry tomatoes, halved

1/2 cup finely grated parmesan cheese

2 green onions, sliced

3/4 cup caesar dressing (more or less to taste)

1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Salt and pepper to taste
