1 bosc or bartlett pear, cored and sliced 1/4 inch thick

1 cup milk
1/4 cup Greek yogurt
1 teaspoon honey
2 tablespoons goat cheese
1 tablespoon cocoa
1 tablespoon cocoa nibs
1 pinch cardamom
