Carrot Cake with Buttercream Frosting

What you will need
1 1/2 cups unbleached flour
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons baking soda
2 teaspoons cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground nutmeg
3 eggs
3/4 cup soybean or vegetable oil
1 cup drained crushed pineapple
3/4 cup grated carrots
3/4 cup chopped walnuts
1/3 cup raisins
4 tablespoons butter, at room temperature
4 tablespoons margarine or soy margarine, at room temperature
2 cups confectioners' sugar
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
