1 c buckwheat flour

1 c whole wheat flour

1/2 c fresh pineapple or 1 small can of crushed pineapple

1/2 c unsweetened apple sauce

4 eggs

3/4 c oil

2 tsp baking soda

2 tsp baking powder

1/2 tsp salt

3 tsp cinnamon

3 c carrots, grated

3 tsp vanilla extract

1/2 c maple syrup

1/2 c coconut palm sugar

1/4 c molasses

2 tbsp raw honey, agave, or maple syrup
