What you will need

5 Red Bell Peppers

.25 teaspoons Red Chili Flakes

.25 cups Shredded Carrots

3 Campari Tomatoes

2 handfuls Chopped Baby Spinach

.33 cups LowFat Cottage Cheese

1 cup Cooked Quinoa
