grape seed oil for frying

1/4 cup water

1/4 cup sugar

3 tablespoons ketchup

2 tablespoons rice vinegar

1 tablespoon light soy sauce

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 tablespoon cornstarch whisked with 1 tablespoon water

1/2 yellow bell pepper, chopped

1/2 orange bell pepper, chopped

1 cup pineapple chunks
