Chocolate Covered Strawberry Smoothie Bowl - this quick and easy smoothie bowl will have you thinking you're eating dessert for breakfast, but it's healthy!

What you will need

1 cup frozen strawberries

1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk (or plant milk of choice)

1 tbsp cashew butter

3-4 Medjool dates (pitted; use more or less depending on how sweet you like it)

2 tbsp raw old-fashioned oats

1/4 tsp vanilla extract (optional)

shaved dark chocolate* (or chocolate chips)

sliced almonds

fresh strawberries (halved)

coconut flakes or shredded coconut
