A crisp green Granny Smith Apple, dried cranberries, cinnamon, yogurt, and oatmeal come together for a hearty, healthy smoothie that will leave you feeling full all morning long.

What you will need

1 small granny smith apple, washed and quartered

1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt (I used Stoneyfield’s organic low-fat vanilla yogurt)

2 tablespoons quick oats

A pinch of ground cinnamon

A small handful of dried cranberries

5 ice cubes
