Crock-pot Chicken Gnocchi Soup (olive Garden Copycat)

What you will need

1 - 2 pounds cooked chicken (diced or shredded)

4 cups chicken stock

5 stalks celery (sliced)

3 whole carrots (peeled and sliced)

1 medium onion (chopped)

1 tablespoon dried Italian seasoning

16 ounces potato gnocci

14.5 ounces canned evaporated milk

3 cloves garlic (peeled and chopped)

8 ounces Spinach (fresh or frozen, chopped)

1 tablespoon olive oil

2 tablespoons corn starch

1 tablespoon water
