Crock-pot Corned Beef Dinner

 

Try this St. Patrick's Day dinner favorite in your crock-pot and really get the flavor of the corned beef in your cabbage and potatoes.

What you will need

3 - 4 pounds corned beef brisket (with seasoning packet)

4 whole carrots (each carrot cut into thirds)

2 whole onions (each onion peeled and quartered)

4 whole potatoes (white or red, cut in half if desired)

1 whole cabbage head (quartered)

1 teaspoon salt

2 teaspoons black pepper

1 1/2 cups water
