Crock-pot Creamy Southwest Beef Burritos


This easy to make recipe for Crock-Pot Creamy Southwest Beef Burritos. Tender beef simmered in a creamy southwest seasoned sauce served in tortillas!

What you will need

1 pound beef stew meat ((cut up steak or hamburger can work too))

1 medium yellow onion (finely chopped)

14 ounces canned refried beans

1 envelope low sodium taco seasoning mix (or homemade)

3 cups cheddar cheese (shredded, divided)

8 ounces sour cream

1/2 cup salsa (I used mild)

10.75 ounces canned cream of mushroom soup (or cream of celery soup)

12 small flour tortillas
