Crock-pot Raspberry Almond Coffee Cake Recipe

 

You will never guess that this yummy and moist raspberry almond coffee cake was baked in your slow cooker! Serve it for breakfast or brunch any day of the week!

1 1/2 cups fat free plain greek yogurt

1/2 cup unsweetened apple sauce

1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1 teaspoon almond extract

2 pints fresh raspberries

4 ounces toasted sliced almonds

1/2 cup powdered sugar

2 tablespoons fat free milk

1/4 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

1/4 teaspoon almond extract
