What you will need

1 tablespoon olive oil

4 ciabatta slices

1/2 cucumber

2 tablespoons gin (or more)

3 tablespoons butter milk

1 lime

1 spring onion

1 tablespoon fresh cilantro

125 grams fresh salmon

salt

pepper

cayenne pepper

cress (for garnish)
